Interviews Scheduled!
Following countless back-and-forth emails, Kay schedules interviews with eight Athenia survivors, three survivor descendants, and historian Francis Carroll, author of Athenia Torpedoed. The interviews are scheduled back-to-back over a three-day period in September to coincide with events in Halifax commemorating the 80th anniversary of Athenia’s sinking.
